Tickets are sent out on a first come, first served basis.
Sign up to our Mailing List and follow us on INSTAGRAM, FACEBOOK and TIKTOK so you don’t miss new show announcements.
Every audience member over 18 must sign up for their OWN account on our ticketing system.
We verify your email & mobile and we also ask for your date of birth and address.
Each show has an Appearance Release & Non Disclosure Agreement - a legally binding contract between each audience member and the Production Company.

STEP 3: REGISTER FOR TICKETS (THEY ARE FREE TOO!)
When a show launches, you can apply for up to 4 tickets to as many sessions as you like.
You’ll need to enter the full name, age, direct email and Access Requirements of each guest. Do not use multiple emails you own. Each show has a minimum age. Audience members U18 must be accompanied by a Legal Guardian. These 'dependant tickets' are are attached to the Lead Booker
You may receive an instant ticket offer, but If the show hasn't started ticketing or all ticket offers are out, your request will go into a queue. AKA ‘Application Pending’.
In Applications & Tickets you can check/update invited guest details via Manage Booking > Edit Guest Details.
If you do not get a ticket offer you may receive an email offering to be added to a Last Minute Standby List.
If you receive a ticket offer you and any invited guests will have 48 hours to accept.
For members a reminder email and SMS is sent after 24 hours.
For non members, we will only send an email.
If your ticket offer times out or is declined, the next booking in the queue will receive an offer.
When you accept your ticket you will receive an email with your tickets attached. You can also download the tickets from your account in Applications & Tickets.

STEP 6: CONFIRM YOUR ATTENDANCE
We'll send you a Check-In SMS (like airline tickets) to confirm your attendance.
-
IF THE ARRIVAL TIME IS BEFORE 11AM: the SMS will be sent between 5pm to 6:30pm the night before the show.
-
IF THE ARRIVAL TIME IS AFTER 11AM: the SMS will be sent between 7:30am to 9am on the day of the show.
If you don’t receive the SMS, Check In via Applications & Tickets in your profile. Respond within a 2 hour timeframe or your ticket may be cancelled and offered to someone on the Last Minute Standby List.

STEP 7: ENJOY THE SHOW!
Make your way to the Audience Meeting Point. Join the queue for your ticket type. Have your ticket ready to be scanned. If required, also have your ID ready (U18's do not need ID). On rare occasions, seats may be removed from the studio due to circumstances beyond our control. If you have checked in, arrive on time, and still can’t get a seat, you will be offered guaranteed VIP tickets to another show.
Make sure you are following the That's The Ticket socials on FACEBOOK, INSTAGRAM and TIKTOK.
We love it when audience members share their experience with us so please tag us in your posts!
We regularly post audience content, run promotions and will let you know when the shows you attended will be broadcast.
GA
GENERAL ADMISSION
GA tickets are our standard ticket type and make up the majority of our tickets. There are a few things you need to be aware of.
On show days, ticket holders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis and these tickets do not guarantee entry. We work very hard to ensure we have a full studio but late arriving GA ticket holders may not be able to gain entry to the show because to account for no shows, we have to send out more tickets than we have seats available.
For the best chance of getting your bum on a seat, get in line in plenty of time!
ACCESS REQUIRED
Access Required (AR)can only be applied for on our website by selecting 'Access Required’ when applying for a ticket and/or signing up as a new user. Users can select from a list of access requirements (e.g. wheelchair access, difficulty with stairs) or explain the requirement in the 'other' field. If you receive a AR ticket you are guaranteed entry.
Please DO NOT turn up on the day with a GA ticket if you have access requirements as we are unlikely to be able to accommodate you at short notice. Please do not email requests as the fairest way for us to allocate tickets is via our ticketing system.
VIP
VIP tickets are given to the stakeholders of the show eg Network and Production Company guests. They may also be given out in special promotions or to audience members who have been turned away at a previous show.
VIP Ticket holders are guaranteed entry to the studio provided they arrive on time and have reserved seats. If VIP holders are late they risk losing their VIP status and may lose their reserved seat in studio.
FRIENDS AND FAMILY
If you have a friend or relative taking part in the show they will be allocated a limited number of tickets. To apply for these tickets you will need a F&F promo code which they will give you. This code needs to be entered on application to upgrade your ticket. Once the allocation is exhausted you will not be able to use the code.
Friends and Family tickets guarantee entry and allocated seating. It is vitally important you arrive on time and let us know if you are no longer able to attend.
